Young Women's Christian Assn-YWCA

We offer affordable living for more than 45 women a year, many of whom are not eligible for other low-income housing. Our ENCOREplus program provides breast cancer education and screening for under-insured and uninsured women, and support for cancer survivors. The YWCA building itself is rich in history, and to this day the facilities are used to provide all members of the community with access to health and fitness classes. Health, cultural and athletic programs for all members of the community form the YWCA of the future, expanding a core YWCA philosophy that when we work for the enrichment of society, we ultimately find ourselves richer in the process
