Wesley Property Management is made up of a team of mission-driven, experienced property managers dedicated to creating opportunities and safe communities where our residents can build better lives.

Since 2011, Wesley Property Management has helped build, sustain, and support inclusive affordable housing communities in the DMV area. With 22 communities and counting, our comprehensive management team is experienced in all types of properties, including multifamily, market-rate and income-restricted housing, independent living units for older adults, and housing for special needs populations.

As a fully-certified federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HUD Virginia affordable housing management provider, we partner with our parent nonprofit, Wesley Housing, to give those in need access to safe, affordable homes inside welcoming and supportive communities.
