UNRELIABLE! Came to our home gave us a verbal quote, we agreed to price and start date. Manuel said he would bring a contract for our signatures the following day. We were supposed to give him a check for 50% of the cost, the other 50% upon completion of the work. He was a no show; called him next day said he would come that evening - once again a no show, response to text or calls.
