Can I upgrade or make changes to my package?
Do I have to sign a long-term contract to advertise with USdirectory?
No! You are free to cancel or change your package at any time.
How can I add pictures and videos to my business page?
You are able to make any changes, including to upload pictures and videos by logging to your USdirectory account. From there, you are able to upload any logos, images and videos!
I want to offer deals and special offers. How can USdirectory help me with that?

It is after hours; how can I contact you about my account?

I don’t want my address to be visible on my web page. How can I fix that?
Simply go to the Business Info section of your USdirectory web interface and you will see a box you can check to hide your address. Make sure the box is selected and the changes are saved.
Where can I find the merchant app?
You are able to find the merchant app on either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
I forgot my password, how can I log into my account?

I have a Facebook account I want to sync with my business page. Can I do that?
Yes! You are able to link any additional website or social media through your online Dashboard!

If I advertise with USdirectory, will my business appear on Google and other search engines?
Your business will be advertised through the Google Partner Network and all major Search Engines, with increased online presence. Your USdirectory Page will appear on Google and other Search Engines like Yahoo, Bing etc.
How can I view my bill or change my payment information?
