I have been a Notary Signing Agent for TN since April 2021. As of August 2022, I have completed over 403 signings. My job is to make sure I confirm appointment as soon as I am assigned. I will ensure that documents are printed single sided and on the correct size as formatted in the file. I will arrive 10 minutes early to my appointments. I will make sure to provide a copy for the borrower at the time of the appointment. I will not give legal advice. I will not rush borrowers to sign. Once I witness the borrowers sign, I will follow by notarizing at the table. If scans are required, I will scan all documents at 300 dpi and save as pdf file. I will ship documents on time for the next business day delivery for all closings finished by 5:00 pm M-F for UPS shipments and 7:00 pm for FedEx shipments. Also, for all closings finished by 1:00 pm on Saturdays for UPS shipments and 2:00 pm for FedEx will ship out the same day as the closing.
